International Flavor: Where the Truth Tastes Better

International Flavor: Where the Truth Just Tastes Better

International Flavor is a live, no-nonsense morning broadcast that takes you well outside the comfortable lies of Western mainstream media. Airing Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. (Central) on damradio.com/live, the show is then archived as a podcast at internationalflavor.com for listeners who want to rewind, re-listen, or share what they probably won’t hear anywhere else.

This is an international affairs and civil liberties show with teeth. We dig into wars, sanctions, regime-change games, color revolutions, BRICS, de-dollarization, energy politics, and trade disputes — always asking who actually benefits and who gets crushed. You’ll hear Russia’s side of the story in clear English, along with perspectives from China, the Global South, and dissident Western voices that polite TV panels pretend don’t exist. If you’re looking for a “Putin is evil, Washington means well” bedtime story, this is not your program.

At home, International Flavor turns the same harsh light on the American legal and political system: state bar politics, judicial “selection” commissions, agency overreach, back-room regulatory enforcement, Sunshine Law stonewalling, and the quiet ways people’s rights, businesses, and reputations get destroyed while everyone is told it’s “just procedure.” From Missouri’s bar and ATC battles to federal surveillance and speech restrictions, the show pulls case files, statutes, and real stories together and says out loud what most lawyers only say off the record.

It isn’t all geopolitics and courtroom trench warfare. International Flavor also looks at real estate, money, and everyday survival — from Florida and Missouri markets to international property and migration — and how politics, sanctions, and war ripple straight into your mortgage, your grocery bill, and your retirement. On other days, the program dives into language, film, music, and culture, often unpacking Russian-language interviews, songs, and movies, explaining the subtext Western coverage never bothers to translate.

Hosted in a direct, sometimes sharp tone, International Flavor doesn’t pretend to be “neutral.” It tests Western narratives against inconvenient facts, brings in sources that are usually filtered or banned, and lets listeners decide for themselves. No scripted talking points, no fake balance — just a consistent rule: if a story affects power, war, freedom, or money, we follow it until the mask slips.

If you’re tired of being talked down to, and you’re ready to hear the things you’re not supposed to hear — from Moscow to Miami, from courtrooms to conflict zones — International Flavor: Where the Truth Just Tastes Better is your morning habit.

Part 2 continues our no-nonsense tour of the nuclear underground: how real tests are engineered and contained, what LTBT/TTBT/CTBT actually do, and why “just test again” is fantasy. I lay out Nevada lessons (Baneberry, subcritical work), today’s monitoring reality (IMS catches everything), and the politics around Trump’s testing talk versus what engineering, costs, and timelines really demand. We also touch Russia/China posture and why the smart move is stewardship, not theatrics. Tomorrow night: Part 3 if needed—global sites and the real tell-tales to watch. International Flavor: Where the Truth Just Tastes Better.

Part 1 of a blunt, no-spin tour through underground nuclear testing: how shots are actually engineered and contained, what the treaties do (and don’t), and why restarting tests isn’t a light switch. I fold in first-hand Nevada stories, the Baneberry lesson, and a caller’s wide-angle riff on morality, free speech, oil politics, and the “path to your particular paradise.” Tomorrow night we continue with global sites, CTBT politics, and the real signals to watch if anyone moves toward renewed testing—possibly a Part 3 if needed.

From Lake Ozark, Samuel Trapp unpacks the day’s chaos: Venezuela’s Nobel-lauded opposition welcoming U.S. “peace” by Tomahawk; Washington’s Caribbean armada and oil arithmetic; Nigeria’s ‘humanitarian’ cover for energy lanes; Pokrovsk’s doomed Black Hawk insertions and rear-area Iskander strikes; Baltics’ Kaliningrad choke points and the Belarus-to-St. Petersburg-to-Kaliningrad sea bridge; plus Zakharova’s brief on asset seizures, ICC lawfare, and Cuba’s UN vote.  We close on deterrence—Khabarovsk, Poseidon, Burevestnik—and the pattern tying it all together: ideology for press releases, logistics and oil for reality. International Flavor: Where the Truth Just Tastes Better. Callers weigh in on sanctions hypocrisy and the cost of ‘peace’.

Tonight on International Flavor: Where the Truth Just Tastes Better—we connect two threads of executive convenience: robot-signed pardons in Washington and missile-struck “suspect” boats on the high seas. We break down the autopen paper trail, the late-term clemency sprint, and why provenance matters in law. Then we hit the Caribbean/Pacific campaign against alleged drug craft: UNCLOS, Saiga, flag-state consent, and the right to life at sea. Evidence over explosions, signatures over vibes. It’s a fast, receipt-heavy hour and a half—with solutions, not just outrage.

Tuesday Oct 28, 2025

From a paused Budapest summit to Anna Paulina Luna torching EU war-drumming, tonight tracks realpolitik without the Western glaze. We hit Russia’s Rubicon drone milestone, a reported U.S. scheme to nab Maduro via his pilot, and a mystery UAV near a U.S. base in Estonia. Plus: Israel’s far-right turbulence versus Washington’s patience, Rio’s lethal mega-raid, and Capitol Hill’s “auto-pen presidency” drama. Smart-aleck, Russia-realist, and radio-ready. Monday Oct 27, 2025

Russia’s winter playbook, Ukraine’s power-grid crisis, and migration as a weapon. NATO’s five-year “Russia scare,” Tomahawk red lines, Solovyov and Burevestnik, and frontline drone warfare. Plus: Budapest’s “Don’t die for Ukraine” protests, the EU’s sanctions boomerang, U.S. meddling in Argentina’s midterms and Venezuela, and India sidestepping Washington’s oil squeeze. Smart-aleck analysis with a Russian-realist lens—savory, not sanitized.

Sunday Oct 26, 2025

Big show tonight: from Russia’s Burevestnik “unlimited-range” cruise missile and Lavrov’s Budapest blueprint for durable peace, to Kupiansk/Pokrovsk encirclements, buffer-zone logic, and Ukraine’s chaotic mobilization machinery. We unpack jet-assisted FAB strikes, sanctions theater, NATO stumbles, rare-earth realities, and Beltway bloviation—then stitch the battlefield map to the bigger board. Expect blunt analysis, receipts, and a Russia-leaning reality check you won’t hear on state-friendly cable. International Flavor: Where the Truth Just Tastes Better.

Thursday Oct 23, 2025

Tonight, Samuel Trapp dives headfirst into the tangled world of Trump’s new sanctions, Medvedev’s “this is now Trump’s war” declaration, and Maria Zakharova’s legendary takedown of “democracy—Ukrainian style.” Between laughter, Russian quotes, and sharp analysis, Sam dissects why the EU wants to “borrow” Russia’s money (spoiler: theft by committee) and how the global game of sanctions roulette is spinning out of control. Add a few caller surprises, a dash of satire, and a strong finish on Missouri’s camera-happy sheriffs—because freedom shouldn’t come with surveillance.

Wednesday Oct 22, 2025

Trump calls Rutte a “friend,” cancels Budapest “for now,” and slaps “tremendous” sanctions on Rosneft/Lukoil—while pitching a freeze-in-place ceasefire he mocked last week. Tonight I unpack the Oval Office spin, the carve-outs, and why “pressure theater” won’t unplug Russian barrels. We hit Tomahawks (no, he won’t train them), front-line updates around Pokrovsk, a caller’s good-vs-evil sermon on family, Lithuania’s balloon-borne contraband cigarette panic, and France’s museum-heist Olympics. Same show, fresh S-words: summit, sanctions, smuggling, stolen gold—and skepticism. International Flavor: Where the Truth Just Tastes Better. Live Sun–Thu, 9–10:30 p.m. CST at damradio.com/live.

Tuesday Oct 21, 2025

Budapest is “on hold,” the anonymous-source industrial complex is in full spin, and we cut through it. I break down what a real deal would require (freeze vs. guarantees, and a hard cap on long-range strike architecture), then map the weapons pipeline and U.S. training footprint in Ukraine since 2014. We hit Myrotvorets culture, nationalist violence from Crocus to the Fico verdict, Nord Stream’s legal pretzels, and Europe’s energy-industry faceplant—sprinkled with my usual zero-choir-singing sarcasm. If you like receipts and realism more than hashtags and halos, this one’s for you.
